Who Makes the Jewelry?

All of our jewelry is individually handcrafted by a husband and wife team, we are Paul and Roxann Lizardi and have been working together designing and creating jewelry for six years now.

 

What type of materials is the jewelry made with?

We only use nickel free sterling silver in our jewelry.  Our pieces are created with genuine stones, freshwater pearls, solid sterling silver, and Swarovski Crystal Elements.   You won't find any fillers like glass beads or plastic in any of our jewelry.

 

Where is the jewelry made?

Every piece of jewelry on this website is handcrafted in our studio in CT. We are a husband and wife team working together to design and create everything.

 

What if I need a customization or have a question about an item?

When will my order ship?

Many items are in stock and ready to ship out within 1-2 days from your order. Some items are created after you place your order specifically for you and will take a few days to handcraft and will be shipped out within 5 days of your order. A completely custom order or an item that you have purchased more than one of can take about a week to create and will be shipped out within 10 days of your purchase.

 

How will my order ship?

We send out everything via USPS priority mail. This takes anywhere from 2-5 days to anywhere in the United States. International orders can take up to 2 weeks. We ship the package and send you a tracking number for your order so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

 

What if the item will not work for me or I don't like it?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do whatever it takes to make it right. If the item is damaged from shipping or is defective for some reason we will cover all costs to reship new items right out to you. If you don't like the item and would like to exchange it for something else, you would be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us but we will cover the expense to ship the new item out to you. You will have 30 days to make any exchanges and we are happy to work with you to create new jewelry that will be just right for you!

 

Payment:

Payment is due before we ship out your jewelry and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and paypal.

 

Shipping: 

We ship USPS priority mail and provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Some of the items in our shop are ready to ship out next day but a few things will take up to 5 business days to produce and then ship. If it is very important that you receive your jewelry right away please contact us before you place your order to confirm that the item is in stock and ready to ship out the next day. We do offer rush shipping for an additional cost based on where it is going to, just email us or give us a call for details (860)-745-6000

 

To Our International Customers:

We do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Roxy's Jewelry / Lizardi Bridal is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

We want you to LOVE your jewelry! So please contact us immediately after you receive your order if there is any problem. We will work with you to find a solution, we will remake or exchange your jewelry until you are satisfied and happy with it! If you are not satisfied with the quality and would just like a refund we will give you a refund minus shipping fees within 7 days of your receipt of the items. Refunds will be in the form of store credit for any custom orders and there will also be a 20% restocking fee charged on custom order returns. When ordering wedding or formal jewelry we suggest that you take your jewelry with you to a fitting before the wedding if time will allow and make absolutely sure that it is exactly what you want. If you need any alterations at that point, we are happy to accommodate you. Shipping rates will apply but we truly just want you to be happy so please feel free to contact us with any concerns you might have. We offer a 30 day exchange policy to give you an opportunity to try the items on with your gown and make sure everything is perfect and the correct length.
